The feasibility study is an important first step in building a new home. The study consists of a thorough analysis of the most important aspects of building scope, local permitting, logistics, and other crucial factors.
Please Note: The $3,500 fee for the feasibility study will provide a report for one specific lot/location and up to two units to be built on that property [Ex. single family residence and ADU]. You are under no obligation to have S2A Modular build your project, however, if you continue in the process with S2A Modular to a Construction Contract, this fee will be deducted from your signed construction contract sum and displayed in the Conceptual Budget. This fee which covers the costs of research, due diligence, and discovery to produce the [DFSCB] Development Feasibility Study and Conceptual Budget is nonrefundable, and no credits will be issued.
